Design of the ENBD retail branch at Dubai Mall. The concept was to open out the space to create a welcoming place for clients to enter. The branch has prime position in tha mall as it is right at the entrance to the valet drop off area and taxi ranks. Customer service pods form comfortable, quiet spaces for customers to discuss personal finances without being over heard.
